Velz Monroe is a premium fashion jewelry line which means none of the items are real silver or gold. All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds/exchanges are not provided under any circumstances for any reason. We do not make changes to any orders and cannot change addresses due to security issues. Once we shipped out an order and it is marked as delivered, the order will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. We do not replace items that fade, break, etc after use as this is fashion jewelry, hence the extremely low prices. However we do stand by the quality of our products.
