Shipping policy

Please contact the Velz Monroe team if any item is damaged or incorrect immediately. We will exchange it or provide a refund for damaged and incorrect items ONLY! If you have any questions, fill out the form on the contact page and Jasmine Hill-Carter or the Velz Monroe Team will get back to you at the earliest connivence. If you have any changes to your order or will like to cancel it, contact Jasmine Hill-Carter and the Velz Monroe Team immediately. Orders are processed in TWO(2) hours. Once orders are processed, they can not be changed or canceled. You will receive an email confirmation once your order goes through. Please check your cart before checking out. Your order will be packed in the order it was received.
Your tracking number will be sent once the shipping label is printed. Shipping varies based on weather and postal service delays. Please check your tracking number once it is provided. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Expect your order to be delivered within 7 business days including weekends. If your tracking number isn't sent to you within 48 business hours, please email us. We ship with the United States Post Office & UPS. Check Our FAQs for more information.
For all International orders, give us up to 14 business days for standard shipping.
If any orders are placed on a Friday, it does not get shipped until that following Monday or Tuesday.
